• •Liaise with authorities like GNIDA, YEIDA, UPSIDA to ensure smooth approvals.

Requirements

• •Civil Engineer (B.Tech/BE)
• •15+ years of proven expertise in commercial building execution
• •Strong leadership and team management skills
• •Experience with regulatory frameworks (GNIDA, YEIDA, UPSIDA)
• •Expertise in structural and MEP systems integration
• •Strong focus on safety, compliance, and documentation
