Civil Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced civil engineer (B.Tech) with 5+ years of proven expertise in commercial real estate project execution within a leading construction company or real estate developer. The candidate should have a strong background in commercial building development, with added advantage for those familiar with regulatory authorities such as GNIDA, YEIDA, and UPSIDA. The role demands exceptional technical knowledge, leadership ability, and execution skills to ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• •Supervise and manage day-to-day site construction activities.
• •Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• •Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• •Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and work schedules.
• •Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship at every stage of construction.
• •Estimate material requirements and monitor material usage to avoid wastage.
• •Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
• •Ensure adherence to project timelines and report any delays or deviations.
• •Maintain compliance with all safety, statutory, and environmental regulations.
• •Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
• •Supervise and guide junior engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
• •Coordinate with the procurement and billing teams for smooth workflow.
• •Verify measurements and assist in contractor billing and documentation.
• •Maintain records of drawings, approvals, inspection reports, and site correspondence.
• •Support the project handover process and ensure completion documentation is accurate.

Requirements

• •B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering from a recognised university / institute.
• •5+ years of proven expertise in commercial real estate project execution
• •Experience with leading construction company or real estate developer
• •Strong background in commercial building development
• •Familiarity with regulatory authorities (GNIDA, YEIDA, UPSIDA) is an added advantage
• •Exceptional technical knowledge and leadership ability
• •Strong execution skills for timely project delivery
