Layout Foreman

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Layout Foreman to manage and supervise site layout activities for construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for marking layouts, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring accurate execution of drawings on site.

Key Responsibilities

• •Execute site layout as per approved drawings and plans
• •Supervise layout work for buildings, roads, and infrastructure
• •Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers
• •Ensure proper marking and measurement on site
• •Maintain accuracy in alignment and levels
• •Monitor daily site layout activities and labor work
• •Ensure safety and quality standards at site
• •Report progress to senior management
• •Handle basic site documentation and layout records

Requirements

• •Diploma/ITI or relevant qualification in Civil/Construction
• •4+ years of experience in layout and site supervision
• •Strong knowledge of construction drawings and measurements
• •Ability to use leveling instruments and layout tools
• •Good team handling and coordination skills
• •Experience in real estate or construction projects preferred
