Design Lead - Graphics and Media

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to convert concepts into visually appealing content for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

• •Develop creative designs for social media posts, advertisements, brochures, posters, and marketing materials.
• •Design branding elements including logos, brand guidelines, and promotional graphics.
• •Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
• •Create layouts for print and digital campaigns.
• •Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and creatives.
• •Maintain consistency in visual design and quality across all platforms.
• •Support basic web design tasks including website banners, layout design, landing pages, and UI elements.
• •Ensure timely delivery of all design assignments.

Requirements

• •2–3 years of experience as a graphic designer in an agency or corporate environment.
• •Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• •Experience in creating digital and print creatives.
• •Basic experience in web designing (website layouts, UI elements, responsive design knowledge).
• •Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX layouts, wireframes, and design prototypes.
